Pussyfoot screened to a packed house at the beautiful Cinema Paradiso, followed by a Q&A. The showing was a huge success, I let the reviews do the talking:

Better than an Oscar  
Pussyfoot won the Audience Award at the '08 Chasham Film Festival. To the right is Pussyfoot's first award and probably the most fitting, I don't think even an Oscar can beat this pouting salt and pepper shaker. For those of you who don't know about Chashama, it was founded by Anita Durst and has been a major force in the NYC arts community by supporting the work and ideas of an increasing number of emerging artists every year. On Pussyfoot, Chashama festival director Rick Kariolic said, "Pussyfoot is FUNNY! I felt like I grew taller from watching it".

Roseann M. Lake, from Premiere mag, talks about Pussyfoot, plane food and the bristly faced resident alien on his way to the Croisette for the 2008 Cannes Film Festival.

New comedy website "Funny or Die", launched by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay (Anchorman, Talladega Nights), had the new Pussyfoot trailer climb to the top 10 most viewed clips on the website. Ranking quarter of a million views in one week. Then reaching for a million in a couple of month, before the trailer was removed. This is the most visibility Pussyfoot got since the beginning of Pussyfoot time.

  The Difference Is
Italian newspaper La Differenza, a forum of independent journalism, talks about Pussyfoot and the Participate credit fundraiser.

One %'ers  
The non-for-profit 1x100.net, is lobbing for a great concept.
A 1% tax be levied on all advertising, the proceeds of which then go towards arts and culture. They picked up on Pussyfoot's Participate campaign and donated money towards the Pussyfoot Odometer.
